Hepatitis after colitis - The Melanoma Nursing Initiative

I have found that in a number of patients tapering down on prednisone for autoimmune colitis, they then are found to have elevated LFTs. I suspect the prednisone for the colitis also managed the hepatitis, and it became apparent during the taper.

Has anyone else noticed this?
