Hemolytic anemia

Anyone here seen hemolytic anemia from ICI therapy? I know it it listed as a side effect- just curious if anyone had first hand experience and how did you patient do? Thanks!

HI Lisa- we did have one patient if I recall correctly. I am pretty sure it was PD-1 monotherapy.
A short course of corticosteroids were effective, but they were not able to go back on Rx. for unrelated reasons.

we have had a couple of patients with hemolytic anemia all from combination ipi/nivo, 1 was hospitalized at an outside hospital & our team was in touch with the hosptial team, the pt made a full recovery. another was close to our center so we were able to avoid a hospitalization, through use of oral high dose steroids& close oversight & she is fully recovered.

So turns out that this patient ended up having a pure red blood cell aplasia. She is doing better now.
